Rheia founder and president, Rachel Vandenberg, has more than 30 years of experience in strategic planning, management, and delivery of projects that enhance the transport of people and goods. Her clients have included state departments of transportation, regional transportation and transit agencies, cities, railroads, seaports, private operators and developers, and ocean carriers.

Rheia Consulting offers our clients -- public agencies and private builders and operators -- advisory services to support the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects and programs. With particular focus on transportation and water infrastructure, we partner with our clients to develop creative solutions for projects large and small.
